Whenever I need my carpets cleaned thoroughly in a pinch, CCR never fails me. I've been using them for 6 years now and have referred them to friends and family who now use them as their go-to carpet cleaning service.

I joke with the guys that I'll get new carpet soon, but with the great job they do, my carpet looks amazing still and let me tell you, my carpet is 20+ years old .

The first time I called was due to be thinking I could rent s machine and do it myself.. the rental machine had not been checked after the last use and almost ruined my carpet. I called with a MAY DAY fir help and they were the same afternoon and saved the carpet!

We have called Complete Carpet Restoration a few times now to get our carpet cleaned. Each time they do such a great job and always charge a very reasonable price. This most recent time, Gary offered us a great deal and helped fix and clean up our carpet after having dealt with a slab leak! It was a lot of back and forth between having to cancel/reschedule due to this sudden leak and Gary was on top of it through it all and completely there for us. Gary sent Phil to my home in Norco to clean my one of a kind Casino Carpeting, which is wool so it needs special care by a company that knows how to clean it.It has not been cleaned since I had it installed (14 yrs ago) because I was afraid it would be ruined!
Phil showed me what he was using to clean it and educated me on how the pH in some cleaners are too High for wool carpeting and his wealth of knowledge put me at ease.
My carpet is beautiful and vibrant!!! Phil is outstanding and I will use him on all things that I may need cleaned (including tile and grout) from now on! TEN STARS!!!!!

These guys are great! I had them clean my carpet after I moved in because the movers destroyed my carpeting. They came the next day and they did a great job! I had them come back later to do a maintenance cleaning on the carpeted areas. At this time I had them do the tile as well. I was super impressed. They again did a great job, in no time at all and my carpets and tile looked new again. I plan on using them every time and highly recommend them.

While traveling I was looking for someone to clean the carpet in my RV. I made arrangements for them to clean it and at the same time to do the house carpet. Danny A. Arrived early and was ready to go to work. After a quick walkthrough of the RV and house Danny started to clean the house carpet than the RV. He did a excellent job. The RV carpet looks as good as new. The house carpet looked really good too. Because of his good job we decided to wait for a while to replace the carpet

The first time I used CCR was 4 years ago for my daughter's 1st birthday party. I had a lot of people coming over and my carpets desperately needed a good cleaning. They hadn't been cleaned in years. I am extremely happy with the job that Complete Carpet Restoration did cleaning our tile and grout!!! This floor has been installed for about 15 years and the grout was completely black.
