Gary sent Phil to my home in Norco to clean my one of a kind Casino Carpeting, which is wool so it needs special care by a company that knows how to clean it.It has not been cleaned since I had it installed (14 yrs ago) because I was afraid it would be ruined!

Phil showed me what he was using to clean it and educated me on how the pH in some cleaners are too High for wool carpeting and his wealth of knowledge put me at ease. 

My carpet is beautiful and vibrant!!! Phil is outstanding and I will use him on all things that I may need cleaned (including tile and grout) from now on! TEN STARS!!!!! read less

I had a lot of people coming over and my carpets desperately needed a good cleaning. They hadn't been cleaned in years. I was AMAZED at how great the carpets came out. We thought that was the color of the tile since we scrubbed it and it stayed the same colors. With our new baby coming we wanted our tile in the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned and disinfected. I called Complete Carpet and the guy who answered was pleasant and worked with our busy schedule. Within a few days they were at our home and did an amazing job. The dark grout we thought we had was actually white! The job took a couple hours for the entire job. We will be using them again for our professional cleanings. Great work! read less
