We needed a new couch fast so we bought a 5 year old couch from a friend who had a dog. I called and the owner Gary said he could do the work needed to get it in the best possible shape it could be in and he delivered above and beyond that!  His worker Dana, was a true professional that spent 3 hours working on restoring this couch!!!  The couch looks brand new!  Dana and the owner Gary are the nicest men to deal with and I will use their business for all other carpet or upholstery needs. I've been using them for 6 years now and have referred them to friends and family who now use them as their go-to carpet cleaning service. 



I joke with the guys that I'll get new carpet soon, but with the great job they do, my carpet looks amazing still and let me tell you, my carpet is 20+ years old .



Also they clean my sectional and scotch guard it. I have twin 6 yr olds, so yeah, that's a must. They have also stretched my carpet. I'm just so satisfied with all the services I've received from CCR. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone I know needs carpet cleaning!!! read less

The quote was good and no hidden fees. Brad was knowledgeable and considerate of our home. I would highly recommend this company.

This most recent time, Gary offered us a great deal and helped fix and clean up our carpet after having dealt with a slab leak!  It was a lot of back and forth between having to cancel/reschedule due to this sudden leak and Gary was on top of it through it all and completely there for us.  I would highly recommend this company to everyone – great customer service and top notch cleaning! read less

I made that choice based on reviews, not price. (Although the price was very reasonable and I believe less than the company I had the bad experience with.) I am extremely happy that I did! Brad, at Complete Carpet Restorations, was all the things we wanted when having our carpets cleaned. He was on time (called me when he was on his way) very professional, knowledgeable and he did an outstanding job. This was the second time we went with them.
