We have two indoor dogs so our carpets get pretty dirty. They did a great job of cleaning. They even did our stairs as well and they cleaned our grout in the ceramic tiles. Gary was very polite and professional in the phone when I called for a quote. I called back later to schedule a date and time and Brad came out within the window Gary scheduled me for. The quote was good and no hidden fees. Brad was knowledgeable and considerate of our home. I would highly recommend this company.

We got carpet cleaning and tile & grout with seal and everything looks so good afterwards! Pricing was very reasonable as well. read less

We needed a new couch fast so we bought a 5 year old couch from a friend who had a dog. I called and the owner Gary said he could do the work needed to get it in the best possible shape it could be in and he delivered above and beyond that!  His worker Dana, was a true professional that spent 3 hours working on restoring this couch!!!  The couch looks brand new!  Dana and the owner Gary are the nicest men to deal with and I will use their business for all other carpet or upholstery needs. Due to the severity of my allergies I have to keep my carpet very clean and super fresh however the issue is my VERY loved, yet VERY disrespectful yorkies. 

They are too cute and get passes for their mistakes.  Thank the yelp gods I found you… The complete job was done within the hour and your guy showed up reasonably in the window I was given.  

He was articulate and very detailed with his pre treatment… I've had carpet people in the past that I feel don't really put any effort into their work. There was quite a difference this time around.

Undoubtedly, I'll be a returning customer; the "restoration and repair" was definitely above satisfaction.   I don't have to replace my carpet and I can breathe easily.

Each time they do… read moreWe have called Complete Carpet Restoration a few times now to get our carpet cleaned.  Each time they do such a great job and always charge a very reasonable price.  This most recent time, Gary offered us a great deal and helped fix and clean up our carpet after having dealt with a slab leak!  It was a lot of back and forth between having to cancel/reschedule due to this sudden leak and Gary was on top of it through it all and completely there for us.  I would highly recommend this company to everyone – great customer service and top notch cleaning! read less

We thought that was the color of the tile since we scrubbed it and it stayed the same colors. With our new baby coming we wanted our tile in the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned and disinfected. I called Complete Carpet and the guy who answered was pleasant and worked with our busy schedule. Within a few days they were at our home and did an amazing job. The dark grout we thought we had was actually white! The job took a couple hours for the entire job. We will be using them again for our professional cleanings. Great work! read less

I had them clean my carpet after I moved in because the movers destroyed my carpeting. They came the next day and they did a great job! I had them come back later to do a maintenance cleaning on the carpeted areas. At this time I had them do the tile as well. I was super impressed. They again did a great job, in no time at all and my carpets and tile looked new again. I plan on using them every time and highly recommend them. read less
