They are ALWAYS on time, professional, courteous and do a fantastic job!

The first time I called was due to be thinking I could rent s machine and do it myself.. the rental machine had not been checked after the last use and almost ruined my carpet.   I called with a MAY DAY fir help and they were the same afternoon and saved the carpet!

My carpet is 7 years old and looks as good as the day it was installed and I believe it is because of CCR and having it cleaned twice a year.

Wish I could give them 10 stars! read less

I made that choice based on reviews, not price. (Although the price was very reasonable and I believe less than the company I had the bad experience with.) I am extremely happy that I did! Brad, at Complete Carpet Restorations, was all the things we wanted when having our carpets cleaned. He was on time (called me when he was on his way) very professional, knowledgeable and he did an outstanding job. This was the second time we went with them. 

He represented Complete Carpet Restoration, in an outstanding manner. I  would not hesitate to give him five stars and recommend him and his company to our friends and family. I am very pleased. read less

I made arrangements for them to clean it and at the same time to do the house carpet. Danny A. Arrived early and was ready to go to work. After a quick walkthrough of the RV and house Danny started to clean the house carpet than the RV. He did a excellent job. The RV carpet looks as good as new. The house carpet looked really good too. Because of his good job we decided to wait for a while to replace the carpet

My appointment was for Tuesday because the were full but Gary said if he got a cancellation they would fit me in. He called and the carpet technician that came to clean my carpet was superb. I had them clean my carpet after I moved in because the movers destroyed my carpeting. They came the next day and they did a great job! I had them come back later to do a maintenance cleaning on the carpeted areas. At this time I had them do the tile as well. I was super impressed. They again did a great job, in no time at all and my carpets and tile looked new again. I plan on using them every time and highly recommend them. read less
