VERY Professional ..Great job I’m a very happy customer

Wanted to tell EVERYONE, what a great experience I had with CCR Complete Carpet Restoration, from start to finish. Gary and Brad have the best ethics and Customer service around. Trust me I have kissed a lot of frogs to find my Prince of Carpets. Brad did an amazing job on my Carpets and area rugs, they were in need of much love. When dried, I thought I saw an area that may or may not have needed attention(I have really bad eyesight). Called Gary(Owner), without question or push back as most would do, he said no problem Brad(my carpet prince) will come take a look. He came, armed and ready, did not hesitate to go over the area and anything else I would have needed. It looks great and my eyes might deceive me, but I am so appreciative of their dedication to the Customer! Thank you Gary and Brad, I will be with you always. It feels like Family! CALL THEM, you will be happy you did and very reasonable pricing as far as I am concerned!
