Great company that I will definitely use again! They worked hard to get our carpets clean. With 2 dogs that she'd like crazy, it's easy for our carpet to get super imbedded with dog hair. But they did it! I'll definitely be using them again.

Whenever I need my carpets cleaned thoroughly in a pinch, CCR never fails me. I've been using them for 6 years now and have referred them to friends and family who now use them as their go-to carpet cleaning service.

I joke with the guys that I'll get new carpet soon, but with the great job they do, my carpet looks amazing still and let me tell you, my carpet is 20+ years old .

Also they clean my sectional and scotch guard it. I have twin 6 yr olds, so yeah, that's a must. They have also stretched my carpet. I'm just so satisfied with all the services I've received from CCR. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone I know needs carpet cleaning!!!

This was the second time they came by to clean our carpets. We have two indoor dogs so our carpets get pretty dirty. They did a great job of cleaning. They even did our stairs as well and they cleaned our grout in the ceramic tiles. Very happy with the results and they were very fast. There were two guys that came out. They were professional and they wore masks.

This company is the best! We needed a new couch fast so we bought a 5 year old couch from a friend who had a dog. I called and the owner Gary said he could do the work needed to get it in the best possible shape it could be in and he delivered above and beyond that! I have been using theses guys for over 5 years.

They are ALWAYS on time, professional, courteous and do a fantastic job!

The first time I called was due to be thinking I could rent s machine and do it myself.. the rental machine had not been checked after the last use and almost ruined my carpet. I called with a MAY DAY fir help and they were the same afternoon and saved the carpet!

My carpet is 7 years old and looks as good as the day it was installed and I believe it is because of CCR and having it cleaned twice a year.

The first time I used CCR was 4 years ago for my daughter's 1st birthday party. I had a lot of people coming over and my carpets desperately needed a good cleaning. They hadn't been cleaned in years. I was AMAZED at how great the carpets came out. I even had people ask if I got new carpet!!! I would totally recommend Gary and his crew at CCR. They have great customer service and are always willing to squeeze me in at a moments notice. They are my go to guys to get the job done!!

We have called Complete Carpet Restoration a few times now to get our carpet cleaned. Each time they do such a great job and always charge a very reasonable price. This most recent time, Gary offered us a great deal and helped fix and clean up our carpet after having dealt with a slab leak! It was a lot of back and forth between having to cancel/reschedule due to this sudden leak and Gary was on top of it through it all and completely there for us. Gary sent Phil to my home in Norco to clean my one of a kind Casino Carpeting, which is wool so it needs special care by a company that knows how to clean it.It has not been cleaned since I had it installed (14 yrs ago) because I was afraid it would be ruined!
Phil showed me what he was using to clean it and educated me on how the pH in some cleaners are too High for wool carpeting and his wealth of knowledge put me at ease.
My carpet is beautiful and vibrant!!! Phil is outstanding and I will use him on all things that I may need cleaned (including tile and grout) from now on! TEN STARS!!!!!

While traveling I was looking for someone to clean the carpet in my RV. I made arrangements for them to clean it and at the same time to do the house carpet. Danny A. Due to the severity of my allergies I have to keep my carpet very clean and super fresh however the issue is my VERY loved, yet VERY disrespectful yorkies.

They are too cute and get passes for their mistakes. Thank the yelp gods I found you... The complete job was done within the hour and your guy showed up reasonably in the window I was given.

He was articulate and very detailed with his pre treatment... I've had carpet people in the past that I feel don't really put any effort into their work. There was quite a difference this time around.
