Gary sent Phil to my home in Norco to clean my one of a kind Casino Carpeting, which is wool so it needs special care by a company that knows how to clean it.It has not been cleaned since I had it installed (14 yrs ago) because I was afraid it would be ruined!

Phil showed me what he was using to clean it and educated me on how the pH in some cleaners are too High for wool carpeting and his wealth of knowledge put me at ease. 

My carpet is beautiful and vibrant!!! Phil is outstanding and I will use him on all things that I may need cleaned (including tile and grout) from now on! TEN STARS!!!!! read less

The appointment was made over the phone and they followed up with a text the day before to confirm the time. Brad showed up right on time. Brad was very patient, professional and nice to work with. He did an excellent job! My carpet looked like new after he cleaned it. Especially some old stains were removed. Highly recommend Brad Brown’s West Covina location. I had them clean my carpet after I moved in because the movers destroyed my carpeting. They came the next day and they did a great job! I had them come back later to do a maintenance cleaning on the carpeted areas. At this time I had them do the tile as well. I was super impressed. They again did a great job, in no time at all and my carpets and tile looked new again. I plan on using them every time and highly recommend them. read less
