They are ALWAYS on time, professional, courteous and do a fantastic job!

The first time I called was due to be thinking I could rent s machine and do it myself.. the rental machine had not been checked after the last use and almost ruined my carpet.   I called with a MAY DAY fir help and they were the same afternoon and saved the carpet!

My carpet is 7 years old and looks as good as the day it was installed and I believe it is because of CCR and having it cleaned twice a year.

Wish I could give them 10 stars! read less

I made that choice based on reviews, not price. (Although the price was very reasonable and I believe less than the company I had the bad experience with.) I am extremely happy that I did! Brad, at Complete Carpet Restorations, was all the things we wanted when having our carpets cleaned. He was on time (called me when he was on his way) very professional, knowledgeable and he did an outstanding job. This was the second time we went with them. The appointment was made over the phone and they followed up with a text the day before to confirm the time. Brad showed up right on time. Brad was very patient, professional and nice to work with.
