After a really bad experience with another carpet cleaning company, I chose this company to do our stairs and two area rugs. I made that choice based on reviews, not price. (Although the price was very reasonable and I believe less than the company I had the bad experience with.) I am extremely happy that I did! Brad, at Complete Carpet Restorations, was all the things we wanted when having our carpets cleaned. He was on time (called me when he was on his way) very professional, knowledgeable and he did an outstanding job. This was the second time we went with them.
He represented Complete Carpet Restoration, in an outstanding manner. I would not hesitate to give him five stars and recommend him and his company to our friends and family. I am very pleased.

Great company that I will definitely use again! They worked hard to get our carpets clean. With 2 dogs that she'd like crazy, it's easy for our carpet to get super imbedded with dog hair. But they did it! I'll definitely be using them again.

I have used them on several occasions and they never disappoint. Gary is very friendly. It was super easy to set up an appointment. They are upfront with pricing and respect the expected service window – I was told someone would be here between 1-4pm and Paul was at my door by 1:15pm. He did a great job cleaning my entire upstairs and staircase!! I recommend this team and will continue using their services.

Due to the severity of my allergies I have to keep my carpet very clean and super fresh however the issue is my VERY loved, yet VERY disrespectful yorkies.

Used this company for many years to clean my carpet and never disappointed. On the last visit they also cleaned my floor rugs and kitchen chairs seats which very well dirty and now look new again. Happy customer!!

Whenever I need my carpets cleaned thoroughly in a pinch, CCR never fails me. I've been using them for 6 years now and have referred them to friends and family who now use them as their go-to carpet cleaning service.

I joke with the guys that I'll get new carpet soon, but with the great job they do, my carpet looks amazing still and let me tell you, my carpet is 20+ years old .

Also they clean my sectional and scotch guard it. I have twin 6 yr olds, so yeah, that's a must. They have also stretched my carpet. I'm just so satisfied with all the services I've received from CCR. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone I know needs carpet cleaning!!!

My dog had pee'd in our gameroom and I could not get rid of the smell. These guys did an AMAZING job cleaning our carpet AND sofa. Good price too. I will totally hire them again when needed!!
