Due to the severity of my allergies I have to keep my carpet very clean and super fresh however the issue is my VERY loved, yet VERY disrespectful yorkies.

They are too cute and get passes for their mistakes. Thank the yelp gods I found you… The complete job was done within the hour and your guy showed up reasonably in the window I was given.

He was articulate and very detailed with his pre treatment… I've had carpet people in the past that I feel don't really put any effort into their work. There was quite a difference this time around.

Undoubtedly, I'll be a returning customer; the "restoration and repair" was definitely above satisfaction. I don't have to replace my carpet and I can breathe easily.

The guys that came up showed up on time and did a good job. My carpet looks great. I really liked that there was no smell in the cleaning products they used.

The first time I called was due to be thinking I could rent s machine and do it myself.. the rental machine had not been checked after the last use and almost ruined my carpet. I called with a MAY DAY fir help and they were the same afternoon and saved the carpet!

My carpet is 7 years old and looks as good as the day it was installed and I believe it is because of CCR and having it cleaned twice a year.

After a really bad experience with another carpet cleaning company, I chose this company to do our stairs and two area rugs. I made that choice based on reviews, not price. (Although the price was very reasonable and I believe less than the company I had the bad experience with.) I am extremely happy that I did! Brad, at Complete Carpet Restorations, was all the things we wanted when having our carpets cleaned. He was on time (called me when he was on his way) very professional, knowledgeable and he did an outstanding job. This was the second time we went with them.
He represented Complete Carpet Restoration, in an outstanding manner. I would not hesitate to give him five stars and recommend him and his company to our friends and family. I am very pleased.

Don't bother looking anywhere else. Brad does an outstanding job cleaning carpets. Never had a company come out and take his time and work so hard at getting stains out. I'm so happy with the work brad did!

This was the second time they came by to clean our carpets. We have two indoor dogs so our carpets get pretty dirty. They did a great job of cleaning. They even did our stairs as well and they cleaned our grout in the ceramic tiles. Very happy with the results and they were very fast. There were two guys that came out. They were professional and they wore masks.

This is my first time using their service. The appointment was made over the phone and they followed up with a text the day before to confirm the time. Brad showed up right on time. Brad was very patient and nice to work with. My carpet looked like new after he cleaned it. Especially some old stains were removed. Highly recommend Brad Brown's location. Their price is reasonable as well.
