				We had a great experience with Complete Carpet Restoration.   They were recommended to us and we decided to give them our business.



Brad came to our house and he is very professional, personable and easy to talk to.   He was a pleasure to have in our house.   Additionally, he did an outstanding job on our carpet and our couch.   He was very thorough and attentive to details.   We had a few spots on the carpet and couch and didn't think some of them would come out.    He was able to remove them all.



I highly recommend CCR and be sure to ask for Brad!



Gary was very good to work with regarding our schedule, keeping us up to date on when Brad was arriving and he followed up the next day to see if we were satisfied.   Great customer service.

				This was the second time they came by to clean our carpets. We have two indoor dogs so our carpets get pretty dirty. They did a great job of cleaning. They even did our stairs as well and they cleaned our grout in the ceramic tiles. Very happy with the results and they were very fast. There were two guys that came out. They were professional and they wore masks.

				After a really bad experience with another carpet cleaning company, I chose this company to do our stairs and two area rugs. I made that choice based on reviews, not price. (Although the price was very reasonable and I believe less than the company I had the bad experience with.) I am extremely happy that I did! Brad, at Complete Carpet Restorations, was all the things we wanted when having our carpets cleaned. He was on time (called me when he was on his way) very professional, knowledgeable and he did an outstanding job. This was the second time we went with them. 

He represented Complete Carpet Restoration, in an outstanding manner. I  would not hesitate to give him five stars and recommend him and his company to our friends and family. I am very pleased.

				This is my first time using their service. The appointment was made over the phone and they followed up with a text the day before to confirm the time. Brad showed up right on time. Brad was very patient and nice to work with. My carpet looked like new after he cleaned it. Especially some old stains were removed. Highly recommend Brad Brown's location. Their price is reasonable as well.
