				This was the second time they came by to clean our carpets. We have two indoor dogs so our carpets get pretty dirty. They did a great job of cleaning. They even did our stairs as well and they cleaned our grout in the ceramic tiles. Very happy with the results and they were very fast. There were two guys that came out. They were professional and they wore masks.

				Great company that I will definitely use again! They worked hard to get our carpets clean. With 2 dogs that she'd like crazy, it's easy for our carpet to get super imbedded with dog hair. But they did it! I'll definitely be using them again.

				My dog had pee'd in our gameroom and I could not get rid of the smell. These guys did an AMAZING job cleaning our carpet AND sofa. Good price too. I will totally hire them again when needed!!

				We have called Complete Carpet Restoration a few times now to get our carpet cleaned.  Each time they do such a great job and always charge a very reasonable price.  This most recent time, Gary offered us a great deal and helped fix and clean up our carpet after having dealt with a slab leak!  It was a lot of back and forth between having to cancel/reschedule due to this sudden leak and Gary was on top of it through it all and completely there for us.  I would highly recommend this company to everyone – great customer service and top notch cleaning!

				This is my first time using their service. The appointment was made over the phone and they followed up with a text the day before to confirm the time. Brad showed up right on time. Brad was very patient, professional and nice to work with. He did an excellent job! My carpet looked like new after he cleaned it. Especially some old stains were removed. Highly recommend Brad Brown’s West Covina location. The price on the flyer was reasonable. Highly recommend!

				I am extremely happy with the job that Complete Carpet Restoration did cleaning our tile and grout!!! This floor has been installed for about 15 years and the grout was completely black. Too bad I didn’t take any before pics but the difference is a complete make over. Will for sure call them again in the future and definitely recommend to anybody in need of a deep floor cleaning 😁😁

				These guys are great! I had them clean my carpet after I moved in because the movers destroyed my carpeting. They came the next day and they did a great job! I had them come back later to do a maintenance cleaning on the carpeted areas. At this time I had them do the tile as well. I was super impressed. They again did a great job, in no time at all and my carpets and tile looked new again. I plan on using them every time and highly recommend them.

				After a really bad experience with another carpet cleaning company, I chose this company to do our stairs and two area rugs. I made that choice based on reviews, not price. (Although the price was very reasonable and I believe less than the company I had the bad experience with.) I am extremely happy that I did! Brad, at Complete Carpet Restorations, was all the things we wanted when having our carpets cleaned. He was on time (called me when he was on his way) very professional, knowledgeable and he did an outstanding job. This was the second time we went with them. He represented Complete Carpet Restoration, in an outstanding manner. I  would not hesitate to give him five stars and recommend him and his company to our friends and family. I am very pleased.
